近期，我單位發現有不法人員冒充我司員工，通過現場採訪、活動掛名、授權等方式，向客戶及服務對象提供虛假資訊，欺騙我司客戶或潛在客戶。此行為已嚴重侵害我單位及廣大客戶的合法權益，並對我單位聲譽造成了不良影響。
對此，我單位要求所有合作夥伴、各省市聯絡處等，在以我單位名義參與相關商業活動、現場採訪等事宜，需提前報備總部，如未提前報備，私自進行採訪等活動，所產生的一切後果，由您自行承擔。對未經授權，盜用我單位名義的單位和個人，我單位將保留追究其法律責任的權利。
